Booked this company to service our boiler. We saw the van arrive turn round & drive away. This is a rural location on an unmade road but the engineer found it & then drove away. We called at once and were told the guy had 'popped a tyre'. He hadn't when he arrived at our address. He said it was too inaccessible but he ACTUALLY GOT HERE.
