Very quick check in and a usefull health check was emailed to me once the job was finished. Only took 30 minutes to do the job but had a walk around Bury at the same time. Saved me paying for parking and the location is perfect

Be aware if your using their mobile fitting service with run flat tyres on your car as they turned up and said he doesn't think he'll be able to fit them as he doesn't have enough room in the van to remove the old ones and would need to be taken to a centre, would of appreciated a phone call to tell me this rather than wait all day for him to show up at 3pm and tell me this. Booked through blackcirles who have been great to deal with in regards to re booking but I won't be using ats in the future

The staff were brilliant especially Mama/Mana he kept me informed of everything. Good communicator reassured me let me know if there was any issues. Let me know when my car was ready given me advice, very patient with me when helping me pay for the brake pads and discs. I felt like i was treated how a customer would be treated. Thank you for everything i will return in the future 😊 The Tyres are perfect and the brakes.

Took the car here for MoT and it failed for a small cut in the tyre and advisory for broken under-tray “tied on with cable ties” it said. This car has been like this before my ownership and never been flagged. It was just a plastic bit reinforced underneath. Fair enough, replaced tyres and got that part of the undertray repaired properly. MoT passed but advisory stayed on record despite me paying for it to be rectified (cable ties removed and secured with OEM screws that were rusted out previously). I made a point to mention that it was all rectified when dropping the car off but seems he didn’t even look when doing the retest! I was told the guy was no longer available to fix the record. Bless the guy at reception he left a handwritten note on my receipt, but i’m afraid that won’t help when I go to sell the car and a potential buyer sees the words “broken and cable tied” on the official gov website despite that being false. Just boils my blood thinking about it… Ive used ATS for many years and always had a good experience so this review is mainly for the Bury branch. G.M. The whole experience was seamless. Ordered my tyres online, booked a time slot, dropped the car off & had it back within 40 minutes. All the staff I dealt with at the centre in Bury were polite & courteous.

Lovely guys, got my MOT retest sorted in the same day. Very thorough and explained everything very well. I was served by two lovely gentleman who sorted my MOT retest in the same day to make sure I had my car back as it was highly needed.

I visited ATS Euromaster Bury for an MOT and had a very disappointing experience. They failed my car, claiming the tyres were unsafe and needed replacing, even though they were in good condition. It felt like they were trying to find any excuse to make me fail the MOT and push unnecessary repairs so I would spend more money with them.
After checking other reviews, I realized I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. Many customers have reported similar experiences—cheap MOTs leading to expensive recommended repairs that may not even be needed.
Be careful if you're going there. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs. I won’t be using them again.
