Hi, All of the lads who were involved in upgrading my bathroom into a wetroom i cannot thank enough,
To see each and everyone involved went above and beyond is an understatement,
Everyone from day 1 especially reece have been totally proffesional, friendly, respectfull thruout, kind and considerate in every aspect of the work involved, true genuine tradesmen.
If i could give many more stars i would, especially for reece, i would highly recommend himself in particular, as himself was involved the most in the conversion, but overall it,s a team effort, i genuinely feel it would be greatly appreciated by reece and all his collegues involved to recieve some kind of recognition for hard work, respect and sheer professionalism doing such a great job in a very demanding industry where great customer service and real appreciation for the efforts that i feel these employees of such companies maybe dont recognise as much,

So from me, reece and all the lads involved in making things that much easier for me going forward,

Great service. Six years of putting up with a central heating piping issue, put right in two days along with new radiators. We received good advice , and then Scott and Alex ensured the work carried out was less disruptive than might have been anticipated. From start to finish, efficient, friendly, customer caring.

Just to say many thanks for the excellent service provided by this company. My boiler broke just before christmas and needed renewing. The work was carried out the following day. The engineers were professional and friendly. Many thanks to the receptionist for her patience while my phone kept cutting off when making the arrangments. Thanks to the prompt service I had a warm merry christmas.

The owners wife runs the reception and she is both rude and uncouth to her customers not when you book a service but after the so called bumped up price has been paid, and you try to get the faults their engineer has made, fixed?
Avoid this family run company until they run things in a professional manner and definitely until they get a trained professional receptionist....or until they wise up and ask me where things went wrong or they'll be hearing from one of the top lawyers in London backed by the gas safety organisation.....that'll shake them up . . . . . . . . .

Had a Worcester oil boiler fitted a couple of moths ago by aubrey cornfoot after our old boil gave up on us. The company and the installers were fantastic. They done everything they could to get it sorted as quick as they could as we had no heating or hot water, and we were due to go on holiday.
Could recommend this company enough.

Stripped out my ducted air central heating and fitted new wet system. Scott was there 6 days, assisted by other colleagues as and when, doing all the plumbing work. You would think nobody had been in the house! Spotless work, mess cleaned up every day. Fixtures and fittings put back as before - even the carpets!! Great work, nice to see proper tradesmen for a change. Would definitely recommend this company. Great find. Thank you very much. Job well done.

What an amazing service. In the couple of years since they installed the Worcester oil boiler, they have been on the ball and excellent. Today, Susan, talked us through a check list of possible issues over several phone calls, rather than involve us in an "expensive" call out by an engineer. Two double A batteries in the controller, issue solved.

What an amazing service from a company who clearly want happy customers. Thank you so much, if only all organisations could work to these standards.
