Let me start by saying Ray and his wife were incredibly helpful tonight took the time to assist me after I blew a fuse with my air suspension leaving me helpless at home with everyone else closed. Ray drove from Fresno to Sanger @10pm to not only bring me a fuse but installed for me as well. Truly remarkable customer service let me just say this you found a customer for life. I will send as many people to you for any suspension or audio needs. Thank you again for coming out of your way to help me out.

We gotta protect this dude at all costs! I got ahold of Ray for a high output alternator & he put the order in damn near instantly. The alternator was in my hands, in less than a week. Where other places were gonna take around 2 weeks.. after picking up the alt, he gave me a lil insight on some projects and MANN These guys at Audio Concepts are on another level!! They really mean business .. And their work speaks for itself.. they are always doing builds like some that I've only seen on the Internet ..super clean , no shortcuts .. they deserve worldwide recognition.. They're definitely the Big dogs here in the valley when it comes to car audio . I'm looking forward to getting some custom work done..If you need a REAL car audio shop. If you're a new to bass but wanna get LOUD . Come to these guys

Zero stars for their terrible customer service in not returning phone calls. Called several times and left a message on two different occasions and they never returned the call. Nor do they ever answer their phone.

Ray is awesome! Professional, and quick! I was able to get in and out under an hour. The services he provided made me feel like family for the price I paid. 10/10 he knows what he’s doing don’t sleep on him!
