This company has helped me out on numerous occasions and today was no exception. A job out of area from a loyal customer that moved came up, we simply couldn’t get there. Has no hesitations asking Aura to help as I know how good they are and they didn’t disappoint!!! I messaged late last night with my S.O.S and they’re out the same day to sort it!!! If you’re in PO, GU and need anything Heating or Plumbing related. Look no further

If I could give zero stars I would. Shoddy workmanship, poor communication and downright lies would basically be the title of my review. I've had emails promising fixing the dangerous fittings that have been installed and no follow up. One team (who did my neighbours house) were very good. Unfortunately I had the "let's do it quick and get out of here" team. It's a gamble.... your choice!!!

I was amazed at the prompt service I received. From the visit of your representative on 9 Nov 22, who was very pleasant and helpful to the follow up appointment with your Technical Engineer, who was very informative and helped me understand the work to be carried out. The work commenced on 1st December with the arrival of two of your installation team who promptly got to work and again on the 2nd December when they were joined by other members of the team. All were hard working, very efficient, pleasant and cleared all mess as they went.
There was further visit by your engineer and again I can only speak highly of him. The job from start to finish was accomplished promptly and efficiently. I was extremely satisfied with the work carried out by the Aura Gas team overall and would highly recommend them.

We had a our old gravity fed system converted to a combi system and had the boiler moved to a new location ready for a house extension. Duane was great when he came to give us a quote, he recommended the best boiler for us, and even advised when he thought one of the ones we had suggested was too powerful for what we needed, rather than just going with it to make more money. Quote for the work was very reasonable.

The work was completed by Greg who was very helpful and was with us for two days. Greg made sure everything was put exactly where we wanted it (it needed to fit on a small section of wall ready to go inside a pantry cupboard) and completed the work with minimal disruption to the rest of the house. The work was very tidy and they even left us a couple of pipes ready for when we install underfloor heating in our extension.

I would recommend Aura to anyone else and will definitely be using them again for our yearly boiler service.

From initial call to supplying and installing the faulty parts, simply couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

From the amazing girls in the office to the engineers who called and inspected/fixed fault. Everyone was professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Can not recommend AuraGas enough.

You truly will not be disappointed if you choose these guys from supplying our boiler to fixing its faults. 5 Stars doesn’t do them credit.

From a start to finish Aura heating company has been brilliant. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Workman Sean and Adrian came to install the heating system and I was very impressed they were such lovely guys, very professional and friendly. Done such amazing work and cleaned up after themselves also very helpful if I needed to ask anything. They made sure everything thing was working and that we was happy before they left on the last day. My house is lovely and warm now. Five star rating to Sean and Adrian outstanding workmanship
