Aurora Energy Research has executed the most grossly incompetent hiring move I've ever seen with someone close to me. They started with a brief 30-minute first interview, then invited him to a one-hour second interview loaded with prep work, including a case study and a role play that emphasized the importance of practice. He dedicated a whole week to preparing diligently, only for Aurora to unexpectedly postpone the interview—not just once, but twice! First, they rescheduled it by a week, then by an additional two weeks, just before it was scheduled to happen. To make matters worse, they even had the nerve to send a rejection email while the interview was still up in the air, filling the position with another candidate in the meantime! This situation is an utter mess and clearly demonstrates Aurora's disregard for people's time and effort. They wasted a full four weeks of his life! And if that wasn't bad enough, Aurora didn't even bother to send a response to any emails sent asking for clarification. It's an appalling display of disrespect and negligence. Is this level of negligence acceptable? Would you still trust the expert advice of Aurora Energy Research when it comes to your investments, knowing how they treat their own candidates?

It does not hurt to respond to job applications, even with one of those junky cheap emails that you send to groups of people, when they are not wanted. This is because, I spent some time to apply for your booth! I was always wondering why some places, hire a large number of people across many positions. Perhaps something awful is going on there, so that everyone either leaves or is fired. Then I came across this place.
