I took my Ram 1500 here for a recall and my experience was average at best. To be fair, I was informed that the service group was having new software installed and that may have been a large part of the lest than stellar experience. I. the signage outside the service entrance is confusing -Signs say "Express Lube" and I wasn't sure that was where I should enter. 2. I did pull up to the large door under the Express lube sign and pulled into the bay. I was not directed by anyone about how far to pull up or given any indication that they even saw me. 3. I stopped, exited the truck and stood there for several moments before someone finally said that someone would help me in a moment and informed me of the software update. 4. Several more moments and a service writer approached me. No introduction or welcome just asked if I had an appointment, which I did. He checked me in, took pictures then went to a service desk to talk to another service writer. That individual called the parts desk to ask if they had the parts to do the work on my vehicle. (i found this odd since I had made an online appointment a week prior and referenced the recall when making that appointment.) They had the part. 5. I went to the waiting area and waited approx. 15 minutes before I witnessed the truck being pulled out to the service bays. 6. After about 30 minutes the truck reappeared in the service welcome area and sat for about 20 minutes before anyone came to me to tell me it was finished. 7. after signing the paperwork I went to the truck to leave and again wasn't given directions about how to exit the welcome area. I didn't want to back out if other vehicles might be coming in and there weren't any exit signs. I finally started driving and asked a service writer if I was supposed to go out and around the building somehow.

I have had far better experiences than this at other dealerships. Again I will give the benefit of the doubt that there was confusion among the service department and that may have caused the overall 'bleh' impression I got. I will try to take the truck in for service again in the future and I hope that experience will be better.

We have been loyal customers of this dealership for years. My husband and I have purchased several cars here, and my parents have also bought many vehicles from them. The team consistently provides excellent service, guiding you through the process with patience and without any pressure. While we typically worked with Al in the past, we recently worked with Alex, who assisted my mom in trading her car for the one she had been wanting for a long time. Alex was outstanding and handled everything seamlessly. I always recommend AutoNation Dodge Ram Arapahoe to friends and family.

This was the best buying experience I've ever had. I bought my first new car 40 years ago, and in all those years I dreaded making a deal for a new car. The experience was always full of waiting, haggling over a price, going back and forth on trade in value, dickering over interest rates, etc. Not this time. Our deal was made to everyone's satisfaction in record time. We left with a vehicle we love, and the stress level was reasonable. My salesperson Jade was fantastic, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The finance manager, Mr. Archuleta was resourceful and got the paperwork done without delay. All in all, it was a great experience, and I will not hesitate to deal with AutoNation Arapahoe again.

My vehicle, which is under warranty, was in on the 30th to have a Visor replaced since they break quickly. That day somehow my taillights stopped working. I began texting and calling the next morning. I could never get a response or return call.
The following Monday, I finally reached the scheduling center and they put me for a Tuesday appointment and gave me another number to try to call.
I reached someone and they handed me off to Troy, who said I could bring it in that afternoon.
Once there, no one could figure out what could be wrong. I asked that they check the fuse and the bulbs. They said there could be no way all 4 bulbs could go out at once. So, they had to keep it overnight. They refused to give me a loaner of any kind for the night. Said I couldn't get a ride from their driver. Troy said that their credit cards were all maxed out so there was no way to offer me a rental if it was a long repair. Finally, after almost 30 minutes of back and forth on the last topic, he went to ask the GM and returned saying that the next afternoon, I could get a rental at the Parker Hertz (I live in Denver).
I had to spend $90 in Uber that night to get around.
The next day they told me it was in fact all 4 bulbs and that the total would be $180 for parts and labor.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I bought a new 70k truck at a place with a service shop so that I never have to worry about safe and reliable transportation while under warranty.
Obviously, something had to have happened to have all 4 bulbs out at once. No loaners? No ride? An argument to get a rental covered?

What a scam!

Service was uneventful, we had to drop off after hours. No verbal communication was ever received. Our appt time was changed to later in the day not a problem since we had to drop off ahead of our appointment time. Also, no one made an effort to call to discuss addl services. I fact I had to call to find out our vehicle was ready. Turns out the text was not sent to me as listed on the drop off envelope but to my husband. Had to read the vehicle report to see what service was completed & recommended. I thought I selected to have the recommended cabin filter replaced but it was not? Anyway, if you don’t want to be bothered with service support then maybe this is your ideal service shop. I’d change shops but we purchased a service package from the dealer at time of purchase so a few more visits to ensure.
