Sam installed a video doorbell for me and did an amazing job. He was efficient, neat and tidy and left NO mess! The doorbell works great and he was super helpful in setting it up and showing me all the features. I can't praise AWP enough for their outstanding service! From the very first call, Andy was incredibly responsive and comforting during a highly stressful situation.
Water was leaking through my ceiling and into my electrical cooker hood, and I was in a panic, imagining the worst. However, Andy immediately put me at ease, assuring me he would be at my property within the hour.
True to his word, he arrived promptly and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, ensuring I understood everything he was doing.
Andy is not just skilled, but also a genuinely kind and trustworthy person.
He conducted a thorough check of my cooker hood, confirming it was safe to use. He informed me that the only issue was with the bulbs, which had been discontinued. Andy presented me with two options: to replace the cooker hood or, if I was comfortable not using the lights, the existing hood was perfectly fine for use. I truly appreciated that he did not push unnecessary charges on me for something I didn’t need.

If there were BAFTA awards for tradesmen, AWP would undoubtedly deserve one!

I have had work done by AWP Electrical previously, for jobs both big and small. They have always been friendly either on the phone, or in person whilst on the job. Their professionalism is exceptional, and the quality of the work is superb. For a recent small job, I called them between 10-11am, and then had them on site, the same day, before 2pm. The job was done and dusted within 20 minutes. AWP Electrical take good care of their clients, be they new additions, or historical. These are my go-to electricians in Bath. The team installed a new doorbell and electric radiator for us, having visited first to advise what was possible and a suitable radiator wattage for the room. The work was very neat, completed to a high standard and they showed us how the products worked before they left. We will happily use AWP Electrical again in future!

I had a late night electrical emergency and AWP came up with their great reviews. Entirely justified!
They turned up within 15mins of the call out request (even though it was late) and the problem was thoroughly diagnosed within 10mins. Very quick service and completely addressed my electrical concerns. Highly recommend.

Friendly, efficient, affordable and skilled. Arrived next day, were in and out and done in about 20 minutes, even fixed an extra light that I hadn't told them about, on the spot, for no extra charge. Andy at AWP Electrical went out of his way to help after other electricians provided by my rental management company completely messed up the EICR and tried to charge for work that wasn't needed / charged for work that was not up to code. Highly recommended for any work needed if your a landlord with rentals and you want the assurance of quality work.
