Absolutely fantastic service from AWP Plumbing. They managed to send an engineer the same morning after a boiler failure and rectified the problem quickly with a new part. They also gave the boiler a good service. The engineer was very pleasant and was happy to explain what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. I was expecting a rather large bill but was very pleased when I saw how much they had charged. Fantastic company.

Sam came today to service boiler. It had supposedly been ' serviced ' in the past by other companies. However, they clearly didn't do the job sam did. He did a wonderful job , showed me what he was doing and explained. Took pics to show me before and after various parts. Really thorough service. Very pleased with the job done and care taken. Would 100 percent recommend. Was recommended to me by a friend. I was also going to have a new radiator, but sam said the old one was fine and wouldn't really benefit from a new one , so saved me having a job I thought I needed.

Excellent.
This is the 3rd time I’ve used them. And
Can’t fault em.
I had an issue with a leaking bath waste pipe.
I phoned Jacob to see if he could fit me in at some point.
He said he could sort it today.
What a result.
All done.

Jacob is absolutely wonderful! I have been let down by a number of plumbers in the past, but I'll never use anyone other than him now! He really cares about his clients, and has helped me in two plumbing related emergencies - it's normally difficult to get tradesmen to return your call in an emergency, let alone help you! He's reliable, experienced and such a nice guy. Couldn't be happier with the service I've received - he's a star!
