Having had quotes from various other companies (including council backed ones!), we opted for B Solar and we are very glad we did. Mike and his team provided a first class service from start to finish. Mike explained everything at the beginning of the process and suggested the best options for our needs and this high-level of serviced continued throughout the installation as well. Mike's team were very polite and professional, keeping us up-to-date with everything during the install process and working with us to find solutions where the original plan needed to change. All 17 panels, inverter and battery installed within the day (thanks to the teams hard work) and we are looking forward to benefitting from a greatly reduced electricity bill (already seeing a difference and the system has only been running for a day 🙂 ).
Overall very happy, would not hesitate to recommend B Solar Energy to friends and family (Also, great to support a local company too!).

Mike and his team are a rare find - straightforward, professional, experienced, knowledgeable solar installers who care more about keeping the customer happy than being greedy. As solar equipment costs have come down over the years, other installers aren't passing these cost savings to their customers. Whereas I was struck by Mike's transparency when he posted a recent job on a Facebook Solar group with a very reasonable price breakdown. I could see they also took pride in their electrical work - all very neat and tidy.
BSolar have since installed a 10 panel in-roof 4.4kW solar system and an Eddi hot water controller for me and I have recommended them to 3 of my friends! Great job guys!

After many months of research, and some horrible experiences from other companies, we chose BSolar because they actually listened to our requirements and designed a large domestic solar system within our budget. The installation was excellent and we found Mike's team to be a hard working, dedicated bunch who ended up going above and beyond the quote to deliver a fantastic system.
After only 1 month of use, we have earned more for the electricity that we sent to the grid than we paid to use. At this rate the system will have paid for itself in less time than the original projections.

From start to finish they were a pleasure to deal with, giving us lots of advice and explaining everything so that we understood. The install team were great and went that extra mile. An excellent experience, although I wasn’t a previous customer with B Solar Energy, a normal requirement for their support, I contacted the company and spoke to Mike a director of the company, who agreed to help me out with my solar equipment, which had been installed by a company no longer in existence.

He was very professional in his approach to my problem and couldn’t do enough to try and resolve the issue by contacting the equipment manufacturer and working with them, in an attempt to update the equipment to the latest standard.

It was a pleasure to deal with him and I would recommend his company to anyone looking to install solar equipment.

Presales was a bit slow on the back and forth don't let this put you off, the install went well which could have been tricky given the panels were in two different locations. The system has been faultless since install a couple of months ago. Mike is very fair on pricing and we had not even finallized pricing before the install.

Couple of bits remaining on the tidy up hopefully they will be done soon.

Overall would completely recommend Mike and his team, the system and app work well and are easy to use. Recommended Mike for another job which he completed with no issues.
