Poor quality workmanship. Just had an Air source heat pump installed and the workman have drilled holes in the wrong places, drilled into my doors by mistake, left pipes outside untidy. Radiator pipe clamps are hanging off the walls. Not happy.

First time central heating installation, at least 30 roof tiles got broken and the worst customer service I have experienced with no help to get this rectified. I now have water coming through my kitchen ceiling and lights yet am no closer to getting this fixed. A lot less damage would have occurred if the issue had been properly addressed and rectified back in August!

On the day of the actual assessment, Phil was professional, helpful and immediately realised that we are a customer focused business and there was subsequently little or no disruption to our daily activities as a Dental Practice. The subsequent reports were of a high standard and are really easy to understand, with clear and concise advice, which makes my life a lot easier - I like that!
