What a wonderful service. My 95 year old mums TV failed and and the owner, Nicholas kindly delivered and installed a new one on the same day. This is about the fourth major item we have bought and the service from this local family business is simply world class!!

Ordered an integrated fridge on-line from Euronics. Delivery agent was Bakers Ltd Bridgend. Phoned them this morning and they arranged same day delivery. Arrived exactly at arranged time, courteous, friendly and very competent lads. The fridge was fitted quickly without any fuss. I will definitely use Bakers Television and Electrical Ltd for future appliance purchases.

Once againBakers have gone above and beyond to help me as am chronically sick and my tumble dryer and washing machine were too old to repair and went wrongI rangBakers Owner was as always very helpful and found right products to suit my needs.
Nick and his very conscientious colleague went above and beyond taking endless time fitting my integrated appliances and getting unit doors back in alignment.They made sureI was happy with all they had done and explained basic functions of my machines and importantly how to care for them,e,g emptying filters.They made very little mess and cleared everything up before leaving,explained best way to register guarantees said not to hesitate to ring the shop if had any problems with appliances.I have been a customer for many years and always treated courteously and have gone many an extra mile to ensure am happy with products ,always very patient explaining everything Highly recommend purchasing from this store,all are delightful and helpful,Diolch yn Fawr to you all.

Avoid! Terrible experience. Bought an expensive electrical appliance from them which has broken, it's just over the warrantee period and they don't want to know, so told me to take it to the tip. Rude and unprofessional, my advice, just go to Currys

Bakers T&E Ltd are my go to business whenever a Fridge, Freezer etc is needed. This time it was my fitted Fridge in my kitchen which I fully realized would be challenging to remove and replace. I wasn't mistaken. However, Matthew faced a complicated fitting with patience, determination and a very high degree of skill. He, typical of the family business, is customer oriented. He, as mentioned, was very professional in ability and attitude. He gained my respect and admiration.

My mother's Fridge Freezer failed suddenly, luckily Nick had one in stock( at a competitive price)and delivered it the same day.
