Very pleased with the professional way in which I was dealt with, throughout the entire process, from initial enquiry through to design, to final drawings. The Balconette team were always available to answer any questions which in turn gave myself, great confidence as a buyer. Delivery was on the date they pre arranged and all goods were packed well. I had a small issue on assembly which was dealt with immediately and a replacement fixing cover was posted the same day. All in all a top notch company to deal with.

Really pleased with the Juliet balcony and my builders are impressed too. It was worth visiting the showroom in Lingfield, where Simon was really helpful, to see finishes and discuss size, fitting etc. Glad I went for the 3 panes of glass. I ordered my balcony and paid for it in advance and then they delivered it when the builder was ready to fit it. Good service.

The product is very good & represents excellent value for money; we’re certainly pleased with the end result. Although we had a couple of issues during the whole process, the company always worked hard to resolve them.

From start to finish the company were very helpful. They were able to assist every step of the way,from initial drawings to final CAD drawings.
The packaging for the delivery was excellent. Everything was delivered as promised on time.

Fantastic company from ordering the advice was 5x always answer the phone
We had a problem the deliver company broke the glass we had hired men and lifting equipment.
They had the brackets delivered without the glass and got us another glass balcony here the next morning unbelievable service.
I could not recommend this company enough.

We installed the aerofoil type handrail with glass balustrade (no posts), it was easy to fit and everything came and fitted as described. We had difficulty fitting the last gasket to the handrail; obvious once you know it has to be fitted round a certain way, however technical support failed to point that out so 9/10. Great product and well made at a reasonable price

Balconette are an Impressive company, the website was very helpful in figuring out what we want and what practical options there are to do that.
Ordering was also a good experience, so far we have fitted the mounting system but are waiting for the rains to stop for the heavy glass panel to be hoisted and fitted.
I would whole heartedly recommend them to other people looking for a glass balcony or balustrade.
