I've used Banktree on and off for many years. I signed up to it again about a year ago and I find it invaluable to easily understand my cashflow, net worth and, really importantly, identify opportunities to reduce my costs and waste.

Love it. Recommended.

Really like this software it's just what I have been looking for. Support is really good always helpful and really useful. Using BankTree Online I was able to get up and running in no time, can't praise the guys enough for the product.

The software works just fine but there is constantly an integration problem with banking access and the ability to download bank statements. The biggest problem is Bank-tree customer service is lacking, they are condescending not always helpful

Incompatibility with different Windows settings like Windows in English and local settings in Portuguese. The program shuts down. I did ask for help once and the support did help in 2021.
Ask for help now and the answer was " We don't give support for windows" as if the problem was with windows. Shame ...
Was to install the version online and will not do it.

Reasonably priced software that does a great job and second to none support. Absolutely top notch company. I've emailed with problems over the years and the response is almost immediate. Last problem was user not software either! Wholeheartedly recommend, both the company and excellent software!
