I can’t recommend Basi highly enough! They came out at the very last minute to sort out a complete mess left behind by a previous engineer, and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

The team was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring, quickly identifying all the issues with the existing pipework and putting everything right. They worked efficiently, tidied everything up properly, and installed the new boiler to a really high standard.

What really impressed me was how responsive and accommodating they were – they understood it was an urgent situation and went out of their way to get the job done promptly and correctly.
