I had to get an EPC when I put my house up for sale. Paul was easy to talk to, asked a few questions about the age of the house, heating system etc. He was able to visit quite quickly as he already had an appointment close by. He carried out the inspection with no fuss and sent via email, the EPC and his invoice exactly when he said he would....within a couple of hours. Excellent service!

Very good experience with Bath EPC. Called on Monday and got an appointment two days later which suited me. Took about 20 minutes and the EPC report was emailed to me very soon after. Very straight forward process. Paul had a card reader so I was able to pay straight away. Really recommend this service.

I contacted Paul Roles to carry out an energy performance survey at my property. He arranged an appointment for the following day. Paul was extremely thorough in his inspection of the house. He asked detailed questions about the relevant upgrades that had been carried out since the previous certificate had been issued.
