Cannot fault.

Ordered from their eBay account and it was delivered in under 48 hours as promised. It was also the best price I could find online and they were very helpful with my enquiry.

It was very well packaged and Care was taken with the FedEx delivery.

Highly recommended and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I would definitely use them again, but as I bought a Bosch battery, I’m hoping I won’t need to for a very long time, unless I change vehicles !

This is the second time I’ve purchased a battery from battery group and I can honestly say they are brilliant. The battery on our BMW X5 failed between Christmas and New Year and I ordered a new one online and it was here before New Years eve!

The delivery speed was excellent – the item arrived promptly, and it was by far the cheapest option I could find for this particular product. I really needed a pair, so I appreciated the speed of your shipping.
However, I encountered some confusion and frustration during the ordering process. I was initially unclear about why I was only able to add one item to my basket. It wasn't until I attempted to order a second that I realized I had, in fact, purchased the last one in stock. This limitation wasn't immediately clear from the page, and I feel the explanation for this restriction could be better communicated.
Unfortunately, this meant I needed to source a second item from another supplier. While this second supplier did deliver the next day, it did come at a higher cost. On the plus side, this did come on account with an invoice, which was convenient for me.
Overall, I was very pleased with the initial transaction, specifically your pricing and speed of delivery. However, the confusion surrounding the stock limitations and inability to order a pair was not ideal. A more transparent system around ordering limited stock would significantly improve the user experience.

I recently purchased the Bosch S5A08 Start-Stop 12V 70Ah battery for my Nissan Qashqai (Year 2017), and I couldn't be happier. Delivery was impressively quick, especially considering the company reopened on 30/12/2024, and I received the battery the very next day. Installation was straightforward, and my car's stop-start system is now working perfectly.

The price was great, and the 5-year manufacturer’s warranty add extra peace of mind (though I hope I won’t need it). With my Qashqai's known to drain batteries, I’m hopeful this one will last at least three years. Overall, excellent service and a quality product. Highly recommended!

Poor experience overall. Ordered car battery, after 4 working days, still no dispatch. Contacted via online form for update, received a reply 48 hours later asking whether I’d like a replacement or refund. Replied with email same day. Another 3 working days later, still no reply, so called (no answer) and completed online form again. Following day, email saying item cancelled and refunded sent with no explanation. So 2 weeks after ordering, no battery delivered and no explanation as to why it took so long.

Best deal ever!
After lots of searching for a new start/stop battery for my car, I dropped on this little gem of a company! The young lady, Haley, was very knowledgeable and helpful and saved me more than £100 on my previous "best price"! They offer next day delivery but it was only a short drive from where we live so we decided to pick it up in person. Overall a great buying experience and I'd highly recommend them

Best price I found including delivery on a quality battery brand.
Ordered 2pm and received next day before 10am - I didn't pay extra so guess I was exceptionally lucky.
