I called these guys earlier in the week to ask if they could supply a cable for sky extension. My problem I messed it up. These guys we're absolutely brilliant on the phone. I spoke to Ian and he advised when I came in to speak to Shaun (my apologies if I've got the incorrect spelling). I called in this morning for the cable and they had quite a few customers in and I understand why. What an amazing bunch of guys. They we're so helpful so chatty and amazingly friendly. I even met the dog and he was just fabulous. These guys are really really amazing I would definitely recommend for any job where you need tools, parts and even just batteries. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the guys and so friendly yet at the same time so professional and even their customers are friendly too. Before you go to the likes of CEF or DID check these lads out first. Good equipment and very reasonably priced. I'm so pleased I found this company and in the future wouldn't go anywhere else until I spoke to these guys first. Brilliant and thank you so much. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with you and in the words of Arnold, I will be back. Again thank you for all your help everyone.

Used company to send a parcel, put a claim in for compensation as parcel damaged and after 9 months no resolution and communication been none existing unless I call them to be told it's someone else to sort. No ownership of issue just pass the buck, real shame.
