I would advise against using BCN these days, ever since the original owners left the service has been going further and further downhill. We've just been put in the position, due to an accounting error on BCN's side, to either pay an amount of money that day or have our Office365 licenses suspended. Pretty much blackmail, the disputed invoice wasn't even related to that product. Major red flag.

Loxit Products have engaged with BCN Group for the past 8 years. BCN Group migrated our servers to cloud based when we were crippled by our broadband supplier when their data centre went down for a day - Matt and his team got us back up and running within an hour, accessing data via 3G. We have never looked back. We can operate the business on the move, which provides massive flexibility and improved service for our customers. All in all BCN group offer a first class service by people who can communicate and do what they say they will. I love the approach which is not to sell you what they have, but to find out what you want/need, then create the solution for you. It makes running your business so much more efficient! Five stars.

Our company was with BCN for 5+years but we have had to leave. BCN has gone downhill of late. Overall service quality has been deteriorating, with aggressive sales staff and poor invoicing. Time to move on.
