This was an installation of a replacement gas fired boiler including removal of old boiler, installation of new Worcester boiler, checking new boiler and flushing (cleaning) of pipework and radiators. Work was competent, comprehensive, careful and safe. We were kept up to date with work as it progressed and we were advised on new components and their operation. Highly recommended as a friendly, competent local firm.

I’ve used Bcosy for many years and they have always provided a first rate service and are a company that you can rely on. I’ve recently had a new Combi boiler installed for my Mother- in-law, and Steve, Matt & Brandon have done a fantastic job. Nothing was too much trouble for them and there was very little disruption for my Mother-in-law, which she was so pleased about. Just had a new Worcester Bosch life 8000 installed by Steve and his team. The installation included a new larger gas supply from the gas meter to the new boiler location, also new double radiators and thermostats supplied and fitted.
The work was completed over a four day expected schedule and was completed on time. Steve and the team were extremely professional, keeping the area clean and tidy and most importantly where possible always ensured we had heating and hot water right up to the completion day.
We would absolutely recommend Bcosy heating if you are thinking of having a new boiler fitted.

They quickly identified the problem, explained everything to me in detail, and repaired it in a very timely manner. The team was brilliant, and the price was very reasonable. While doing a complete house renovation we have used Bcosy to install radiators, a boiler, pipework etc and the standard of their work was excellent. They were quick, but without cutting corners, and were by far the most reliable of all the tradesmen we used.

We had a few other problems (none of which were of Bcosy's making) and they went out of their way to help with jobs that weren't their speciality, but again the quality and reliability were excellent.

I hope I don't have to use them again, but I certainly would not dream of going anywhere else now. They clearly know their stuff and are very pleasant helpful people.
