Fantastic service, from start to finish. Could not be happier with the comms and project management, from fully scoping out our IT and security needs to providing recommendations and implementation day. Everything has gone smoothly and to plan, which is incredibly important for an online business such as ours. Adam has been patient with us and project managed perfectly, while Luke was excellent implementing and following up with additional support from the engineer perspective. Internet is vital for a modern business - Not according to BDR who fob you off, don't return calls, promise services that don't happen. I've chased every day for a week and still we don't have a fix to our dedicaed FTP service, absolute jokers.

Had a few issues at one of our businesses with the phones and internet to one of our rooms, had Martin come out today and he's been an absolute star! Was quick to check everything and found the problem, helped us come to a temporary solution so we can remain up and running while we wait for a mor permanent solution, great service and would recommend to anyone!

Adrian was outstanding. Thank you so much for your help!!!! Came in and spent a full day with us in the office, ironing out lots of issues that we had with our computers and phones! He set up 4 desks for our new starters and helped with telecommunication problems. Great work, appreciate it!
