How many people can remember the days when you could walk into a shop and speak to someone who really does know what they are talking about and also cares enough to help you solve your electrical gremlins out. I thought those days were gone until I went into Beaumont Electricals. Only wanted a slightly "odd" fitting bulb so wasnt exactly spending the earth there but, have to say, they were brilliant. The lady spent quite some time sourcing them, rang me to let me know she had and also again when they had arrived. Picked them up today and now my oven lights up again !! Brilliant service and lovely people. Wont be going anywhere else in future coz if they cant "fix" it then nobody can. Thank you so much - really appreciate all your help.
