The man at the till was rude when I asked for a specific perfume, he kept telling me to look through the perfume collection. Ain't you supposed to know what products you have in your store?, I ended up not buying the body cream I initially went in to buy because of this rude behaviour, this store isn't worth it.

Very well stocked store but it would be even better if it were black owned or staffed as they would have more knowledge about the products and afro haircare.

I’ve been buying keracare products for years as although they are more pricey than others their quality is so good that a little goes a long way. But on buying the keracare shampoo from this shop which appears to have different owners the shampoo was very watery and rather than a pea size amount I had to use a table spoon amount to try to get it to lather up. I had to buy another bottle from a different shop which was much more better quality. Not sure who their suppliers are but they need to ask questions as to why the quality is so bad. Otherwise other customers will notice the same and won’t go there again.
