Don't use Beesley fuels but had an awful experience when one of their 'tankers' blocked a single track country village road a while back whilst on school run. Had my 16 year old son in the car who was sitting his first GCSE exam that day. I asked politely how long they would take to finish, was dismissed with the answer of "a few minutes"....asked politely if they could be a little more definitive and was then felt I was abused because I had asked them to be a little more forthcoming. Then had one of the two man team film me and my son sat in our car waiting for them to finish. They didn't care at all it was at 0810 in the morning and they were blocking the road completely during the 'school run' time...and caused my son undue anxiety prior to he first GCSE.

Our account manager Reese is the Top man 😁 ordered heating oil on Thursday delivery Friday the price as usual was the most competitive out there 5 stars all round and my regular suppliers.

Efficient and friendly service!

We started using Beesley Fuels after having been let down by another supplier. Very efficient, very friendly, deliveries always made on time, very keen on the prices too. Daniel (who looks after or account) always very helpful and friendly and goes further mile to help us out. I am sure our company will use Beesley Fuels for further orders!

Our company Roak has spent a couple of years now dealing with Beesley Fuel and we cannot fault them. They are always quick to respond, have quick delivery times and we feel as though we are looked after as a customer. We primarily deal with Daniel Griffiths who is always on hand whenever we need.

Their prices are competitive and their customer service is great. why go anywhere else!

Not recommended. They demanded for £400 delivery charge to deliver on Sunday for 500l of diesel which is ridiculous and daylight robbery. That too after taking a couple of deliveries from them on the same week. I arranged another vendor who did it for free on the same day. Also I had to chase them a 100 times for a refund which i have not received till today. Ladies at the customer service lines are very ignorant ( not all of them) and i felt like being mocked .

Excellent Service!!
I thoroughly recommend Beesley Fuels I contacted them on 7th Oct to order heating oil , spoke to Sarah who was extremely helpful , the delivery was made the following day , the driver was very polite & courteous and carried out my instructions without question . I shall continue to use Beesley for future orders…. Unbeatable!!
