There was an issue with contacting Ben via his the website (resolved now) but on calling Ben he quickly came to the house to survey what I needed (already had solar panels, I was adding a battery). Within a couple of days a quotation was submitted, and accepted. A few days later a battery was delivered (rolled into the garage where it was to be fitted) and a couple of days later the battery was installed. A very neat and quick job.

A few software issues became apparent but with the help of a friend (he recommended Ben to me) they were resolved and now my electricity charges have plummeted (don’t mention Standing Charges - now more than the electricity ☹️).

I contacted Ben to get another quote for comparison against a national company's quote. Ben's quote was cheaper and provided a much improved system that maximises and future proofs my energy needs. Ben took his time explaining all the options and the technicalities in very clear and understandable language. He made it very clear that the battery and inverter could be located on an outside wall of the house. The installation was efficient and his team worked were polite and hard working.
