I highly recommend, Ben's Plumbing. TOP quality service, professional, service delivered in a timely manner and without procrastination. For reference, they fixed a major leak in my apartment after a disastrous bathroom refurbishment. They also completed the finishing in my bathroom, sealing, installed heating rack etc. This company is a rare find indeed, if I could give an extra star I certainly would!

No show, don't use!
Tenant lost out on work waiting for plumbing work. They didn't contact me (landlord) or the tenant with any information. They didn't get in touch until I wrote a bad review. Then they had the nerve of calling my review fake.
100% avoid for your own time and sanity!

Very difficult to deal with, Area manager called up, was rude to me over the phone because I wasn’t going to be charged £700+ and asked if they could leave at the 1st hour and I’ll find someone else. At no point did we refuse to pay the call out fee so the reaction was not necessary at all.

We called out to Reuben from Ben's plumbing. Ben listend and offered suggestions on what times he could make work considering that we were without heating for a long time.
The issue turned out to be a small fix. I could have avoided the trouble for Ben, however I did not have the knowledge to fix it myself.

He has chosen not to invoice us due to the very simple nature of the fix, when he could have, rightfully so. He now has my vote for all works in the future. Thank you Rueben for your kindness and I cannot recommend him and Ben's Plumbing more!
