We were looking for a company that could handle everything from installing a new joist floor to finishing the ceiling — and BBS delivered exactly that.

I discovered BBS during a school run, when I happened to speak with a tiler who recommended I get in touch with Maz. After reading the glowing online reviews and checking out their impressive work on TikTok and in photos, we felt confident we were heading in the right direction.

Maz, Kam, Fanel, and the entire BBS team completed two bathrooms for us, and we couldn’t be happier. What stood out most was their professionalism, enthusiasm, and clear pride in their work — nothing was ever too much trouble.

In the past, we struggled to find tradespeople who could handle the full scope of a bathroom renovation. Some could do the tiling but not the plumbing, others could install a toilet but not build a partition wall for a wall-hung setup. Maz was the only one who gave us full confidence that our vision could be realised — and he absolutely delivered.

We met with Maz four times in person and had ongoing conversations via message. He was consistently patient, attentive, and genuinely listened to what we wanted. That level of care made all the difference.

Our ceiling and floor were both uneven, but Fanel and his team took everything in stride and resolved each issue smoothly and professionally.

We used Bespoke Bathrooms for our en-suite. We looked at other bathroom company’s but none were as professional. Maz showed a real interest and went above and beyond with the designing of it. We extended our shower by using some of the airing cupboard and we also requested the door frame was replaced along with the door to oak. Nothing was too much trouble. The fitters were brilliant. Even down to protecting our stair and bedroom carpet! Would definitely recommend and would without a doubt use again.

BBS did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our bathroom. Everything was done professionally and quickly. We were originally estimated 2 weeks for the job, however Fanell our fitter got it done in a week, by working longer hours and Saturday. We were surprised but very impressed by the dedication to get the job done.
We had an issue with the skip BBS ordered not showing up (not BBS fault at all), however they still arranged to get everything taken away, not leaving any problems for us to solve! Overall very pleased and could not recommend enough. Included are some before during and after pictures.

From initial enquiry to the finished job Bespoke Bathrooms were exceptional. Maz worked out a design for a shower room taking out a bath and old fittings . Adam,Mark,Chris sorted out the project wonderfully leaving us delighted with the outcome . We also received an invite to their new showroom after our job was finished. It must be the best bathroom showroom in the area if not the country. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of a new bathroom deal with this superb family firm where nothing is too much trouble. We love our new bathroom. We asked for the 'Wow Factor' and we certainly got that. Maz gave us a fabulous design which makes our small bathroom look and feel much bigger. The quality of the materials is excellent, the installers Fanel and Aurel worked very hard and the attention to detail was very much appreciated. Very happy and would highly recommend BBS 😊

Fantastic company - extremely impressed from start to finish!

I found them on Google and saw the reviews others were leaving so contacted them. Maz came around to take measurements and then invited me to their showroom for design - by far the best I had seen with excellent little touches and at a good price. As you can see, there's a LOT of work that has been done to move things around and make the most of the space!

From choosing them, they have continued to be warm, welcoming and dedicated, keeping me up to date and ensuring I was happy with every part of the process. Kam has been a delight to work with as we approached the build date.

Adam and Prez have been brilliant during the build - Prez asking many questions and adding little touches that have driven the bathroom even further to make the most of the space available. The attention to detail and workmanship from them have been the best I've seen from any industry. It was a real pleasure seeing their progress every evening. Their After care has also been brilliant.

I would strongly recommend BBS. They won't let you down!

We had our bathroom completed a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely spot on from the word go. Kam and Maz in the showroom were super helpful. Always felt like they were actually listening and willing to work with what we wanted. They both kept in touch during and after the process to make sure we were happy. The fitters, Shaun and Warren, were great. Really good at what they do and made a real effort to make sure the disturbance was minimal throughout the process. They were proactive at coming up with solutions to any problems that cropped up. We are really happy with the finished bathroom and would highly recommend using BBS if you’re looking to have a bathroom done.

We were recommended to BBS by a neighbour and we also checked the reviews which we were happy with. We meet Maz who talked us through what we wanted which was complicated as we wanted walls knocked down and a new kitchen too Maz and Kam were great they listened to what we wanted and liaised with KTF to make sure we got what we wanted. From planning the bathroom which is very small to also what items we wanted in our bathroom Maz was great and had some great ideas. Instillation was done by Adam and his team who was great working with he was very professional and knowledgeable, if we wanted something done in a certain way he made sure it was done and to a very high standard. The remodel and fitting had a couple of problems and unexpected things happening which were dealt with promptly and professionally which is always a good sign of a great company and experienced tradesmen we are very pleased with our bathroom and kitchen which looks way more expensive than it actually was, and makes our home look completely different. We would definitely recommend BBS and Adam to anyone looking for great products and expert fitting.
