disastrous experience via Shropshire Council. Slow, incompetent, do not return calls and damaged our property before running away. Council sacked them and we have now been thrown off the energy efficiency programme. Don't believe anything about awards.

response to update; you didn't sort the damage when I was your customer, I doubt you'll do it now!

I had loft insulation installed with bidconnector under a government scheme. This included removing loft boards and installing a new loft hatch. Communications with the company were excellent. The work was done when they said it would be and to a high standard. The house was left clean and tidy and all the staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend them.

We tried to get a boiler installed for my Parent through BidConnecter via the ECO Scheme, made first contact on the 22nd of March 2021. They checked everything to make sure we qualified for this Scheme, everything just went quite after that. We chased them several times all to no avail, they actually called me 12 of October 2021 to say they couldn't find anyone to fit the boiler. Shocking service beyond reason! Avoid if you can.
