Booked a room for 30 minutes and was kicked out at 23 minutes. Not foreigner friendly. Definitely recommend karaoke elsewhere

今までいくつもカラオケは利用しましたが、電話対応がここまでひどいところはここだけですね。
1人目（男）対応は普通だがメモ？に残されてた内容は違ってた。
2人目（女）何故か上から。メモの内容違いから話が噛み合わすけんか腰。この人が理解力なしで1人目は冤罪かも。
3人目（男）タメ口
他のお店は普通だったのでそちらにしました。

こちらでアルバイト採用されたのですが、書類などを持っていく日に急にネイルがだめだと言われました、店長みたいなおじさんの人にこちらのミスですみませんと謝られましたが、そんな事は面接の時にわかったはずだし、遠くから来ていたし大雨の中行ったのに最悪でした。せめて交通費くらい出してほしかったです。最悪すぎてびっくりしました☺️
ここは定員の態度も良くないので行かない方がいいです。バイトに受からなくてよかったと心から思いました?

海外の友人と向かう予定で電話で1時間当たりの価格を確認し、買い物してから後で伺いますと話している最中に今すぐに来ないとわかった途端男性に一方的に電話を切られた。
今まで経験した最低な接客の中でも1番最悪の対応。
同じ日本人として恥ずかしく思える程だった。
正直星1つも付けたくないくらいひどい対応。

後ろに予定があったので、余裕を持って10分前に部屋を出たのですが、お会計の際に呼んでも店員さんが見当たらず、結局10分ほど待たされました。謝罪もなく、出てきたと思ったら三人いっきに出てきて謎なお店でした。あまりにも酷い対応でした。店員さんの気配りがもう少し行き届けばいいと思いました。
