We were visiting from out of town for a wedding and unfortunately got a screw in our tire the day of the wedding. They were able to get me in last minute on a Sunday and fix it in less than an hour! Very grateful for you guys for working quickly and getting us in. Highly recommend!

These guys are a bunch of crooks. I had a set of snow tires sitting in my garage from last winter and took them here to get them put on. I received a call saying they couldn’t put them on because the tread was too worn down and there was a nail in one tire but, “conveniently”, they would help me purchase new tires. Unfortunately, they said they only had all seasons available and those tended to be MORE expensive (what?!?!) than their snow tires since snow tires only last the winter season so the cheapest they could do was $1200 for a new set. After I hung up with that call, I received two additional calls from different reps all with a similar story. Neither of them had any idea that someone had already called me previously. I told all 3 reps that I’m taking my car to my old mechanic I trusted outside of town. Later found out that my tires were not worn down and there was no nail at all (they checked them over well after I told them the story). I had my snow tires put on by my old mechanic and they were fine. Big o just tried to rip me off and take advantage of me. Be warned.

By far the best experience I’ve had at any sort of auto shop, Brian specifically was so incredible. Got a flat tire on my birthday, and called to see if they could repair it. Brian was so so helpful & kind- got me in and out of the shop in less than an hour, and didn’t charge me for a repair since I had previously purchased tires there. Amazing experience, appreciate all the guys who worked on my car lots!

I had a complex issue with my plug-in hybrid car. They took an honest shot at diagnosing it, and charged me nothing for it when they couldn't. They recommended I take it to the dealer. Great kudos to their honesty and professionalism, and a shout-out to Joe at the front desk, who was kind and helpful.

Stopped in from Denver for a quick tire check. Nehemiah spotted a screw in my tire and was so helpful. He got me into the shop right away and fixed the tire. Was very friendly and assured me he would take care of everything. I appreciate his quick and thorough service. Highly recommend this location!

Big O Tires and their guy Brian came through today! I’m just about to go on a road trip and noticed one tire was one death row! I couldn’t find a store in town that had my tires in stock. Brian drove to another location and picked the tires up himself! These guys come through and provide excellent service.
