Failed to respond to two enquiries I made via their website.
As a potential customer with money to spend on a project, if this is the level of service I would receive after paying for Binfield Renewables to install a system for me why would anyone want to buy anything from them.

We first came across Binfield Renewable a few years ago in the middle of winter when my parents heating had broken and no one until that point had responded to voicemails. The company called back within an hour and Josh stopped by Mum & Dad’s on his way home and managed to get something working for them in the short term. He then went above and beyond to help them out and continues to do to this day.

They never let us down, they always turn up when they say they will, they do a great job and leave the place tidy when they leave!
