I've been working with Sean for a number of months now and he provides a high level of professional service to us. Sean provides the Letting Agency that I represent with both Energy Performance Certificates and most recently Damp, mould and condensation reports for our rental property portfolio.

It's important that we provide our clients with human led advice when it comes to EPC's and Sean excels at doing this. If you own or rent out your properties, having a higher energy rating on your property has many benefits - I'd strongly recommend booking in Sean to come and do this for you.

The Lettings Agency I represent also manages within the region of 600 rental properties and managing issues with damp, mould and condensation is challenging in this current climate. This is due to various factors which include high utility costs. Sean can provide a professional, impartial view on why properties might be suffering from issues associated with damp, mould and condensation and provide practical solutions to both the landlord and tenant. We are also then provided with an insured, professional report which we can then use to send to our clients and contractors. We are finding this service extremely useful and it's something we plan to continue using. We contacted Sean via the list of government-approved domestic assessors for an EPC, to find someone in our area. Sean responded immediately to our enquiry and booked an appointment for the following week.
We required an EPC for the house in order to be eligible for the BUS grant to have a heat pump fitted in our home. Sean arrived promptly, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He carried out a thorough survey of every room in our house and asked relevant questions to make sure he understood exactly what we needed. He was at the house for around an hour and on leaving said he would call us to discuss the outcome before uploading the EPC to the government website. We were delighted that our home had been awarded an efficiency grade of A and also that the certificate was available on the government website within hours of Sean completing his survey, as promised.
I would highly recommend Sean if you are looking for an EPC for your home. His price is competitive too.
