my experience with this company is really bad. We place an express order to attend a very important Messe. i called a lot of times to have the order delivered in time, but it just didn't happen. the Order didn't arrive in time, so we asked for a refund. they gave us back the money.... but the one for the express lieferung.... i don't know what logic is that. The product are good but the costumer service is indeed very bad.

Die Qualität hat stark nachgelassen. Habe früher regelmäßig Becher bestellt. Für ein Café, was auf Qualität achtet, besser die Becher woanders bestellen. Sie sind sehr weich und gefüllt kaum festzuhalten.
Habe nach 1 Jahr Pause wieder dort bestellt um mal zu schauen ob sich was geändert hat. Leider nicht.
Dazu kam defekte Ware an. Hatte angerufen, aber der Reklamationsweg war mir zu kompliziert. Habe den Verlust auf meine Kappe genommen.

Top Qualität! Ich kaufe seit Jahren hier ein. Die Ware ist wirklich durchdacht und man merkt, dass man sich Mühe gibt, die Produkte verbessert und der Nachfrage angepasst. Die Mehrwegbecher beispielsweise nutze ich seit 2 Jahren und sie sehen immer noch aus, wie am ersten Tag.

Die Produkte haben eine gute Qualität. Sie kosten zwar etwas mehr als konventionelle Optionen, der Aufpreis ist in meinen Augen aber moderat und gerechtfertigt. Toll ist die die Möglichkeit, die Entsorgungskosten direkt im Onlineshop abzurechnen.
