Thank you for your donation, to two Brews homeless charity, the cups held the heat of the tea and coffee a lot longer than ones we've used from other companies. I have purchased take away cups, lids and other items from Biopak fir my cafe The Electric Elephant for many years. The products are the best value and the highest quality.
They go the extra mile to provide great customer service. E.g today, upon hearing that I was a bit short for the items I needed, James from the Customer Service team got permission to apply a discount which he did off his own bat and it was very kind and helpful of him to do that.
