My car tire completely lost all air randomly while driving and I pulled into Bisbee right at closing time. With no spare and them not having the tire I needed I was in a panicked state. The owner told me let’s go look at the car then confirms he can keep the car and order the tire for me the next day at such an affordable price. I also felt very comfortable and was treated with respect. My car was ready for me the next morning as promised. I will be recommending anyone and everyone to this place. Please check them out you will not regret it.

This review is actually for Bisbee Automotive. Fairly certain Brian Bisbee took over the old Midas that used to be here. Needless to say, Brian and his team are the best mechanics around. They are honest, affordable, and take care of their customers.

I took my Jeep in last week to be repaired. I needed a new Radiator, Water Pump, and Thermostat because my engine seized. Jeep in Delray quoted me nearly 3K to do the work. I had AAA tow it to Bisbee instead based on the reviews.

Not only did I have my Jeep running good as new within a day, the lady who answered my numerous called, Destiny (spelling) was super kind and helpful, even when they were about to close. Brian himself, the owner, greeted me upon pickup and was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and I would not take my Jeep anywhere else. Not only that, the price out the door, including labor, was more than 1,000 less that what Jeep had quoted me.

If you live in Coral Springs, Margate, or Coconut Creek definitely use Bisbee for any automotive issues you may have.

My friend wound up needing a battery terminal changed and the auto parts guy couldn't do it. So I said go to Bisbee and see if they can do it. Then I walked over there to get her and spoke to Brian and he told her she need an alternator, she is trading the car in so she didn't want to go that route and just wanted the terminal changed. Brian sent one of his guys over to help her. John was great. He was a tremendous help to her. After seeing how quickly and helpful they were, I decided to take my car to Bisbee to get my oil changed and then wound up getting 4 new tires and an alignment, too. John worked on my car. He did a fantastic job. He also told me that I would need struts, and I noticed my breaks were looking low when John took the tires off. John looked said yeah they are getting low." Next oil change, you might want to get breaks done also. I asked them questions, and they were up front and honest. I felt very comfortable with them doing the work and not worried they would do a bad job and rip me off. I was very pleased with the mechanics and Brian. They work well together there, and there was another mechanic who wound up helping with the tires. I highly recommend Bisbee. I didn't mention this, but my neighbor referred me to Bisbee as they have gotten their vehicles worked on from Bisbee. So I decided to take a chance and try them out. I will take my car back to them for sure. Thanks again Brian. Go check them out for your car needs. I did!

Great Shop , I have been using Bisbee Automotive for all my cars and all my needs , very trustworthy family operated. Staff is amazing very welcoming and friendly. Brian and his team are very knowledgeable and will advise you to do exactly what you really need for your vehicle not to mention very affordable cars that I have serviced with them are my Mercedes CLA , Ram 1500 and my Dodge Challenger , and I will continue to go there 🙂
