Called Matt at Black Dog on two occasions over a year ago for mice and more recently for rats (our cat died 2yrs ago didn't realise how good she was with rodent control 🥴). Matt is professional and passionate at what he does. A genuine 5 star recommendation for him. Dealt with our pest issue promptly and did remedial work to ensure we don’t have any future issues. Called Black Dog due to a wasp infestation in my roof eaves. Matt sorted me out with a next day slot. Arrived as promised and dealt with the problem efficiently, coming back to ensure the issue was resolved. Very good prices too. A friendly, professional service. Would definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommended.

Needed help with an ant problem I have had on and off for over 4 years. Found Matts company & called him, best decision I made by far! ... he came on the same day, I explained I had tried everything and the little things came back all the time ! ...Matt explained all about how ants work and the ins and outs of why I had probably had them for so long with no joy. He got to work very throughly searching, following them and treating them. He located their nest quite away from where they had been driving me mad! ..he certainly knows what he is talking about.... I would trust Matt with any pest I needed help in eradicating.... he is a lovely man, so friendly, helpful and explains things...just what you want when you are dealing with any “pest” situation. I would definitely give him 5* and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help.
