A horrible company and woman who KEEPS calling even though we say we aren't interested has a very poor manner on the phone. Claiming that she has spoken with our manager even when she has never dealt with our company. 1 star is even too much!

Have an ongoing complaint with them and they are currently ignoring all my messages and emails even though they have been seen. I have requested copies of my transcripts. Under the right of access provision of the Data Protection Act 2018, any individual can request to hear and/or receive a copy of call recordings that they are involved in. They still refuse to do so. Please take my advice stay clear of Black Sheep Utilities I know I am not the only one in this situation
