I’ve worked with Ian for over ten years and he’s the only one I’d recommend for electrical and solar work. I gather someone else was unhappy because his email wasn’t responded to, which doesn’t seem a good reason to leave a poor review. Ian is very good at his job and is very busy because of it, he’s worth waiting for. But if you’re to impatient, he’s probably not the one for you and you’re probably not the one for him.
