Blisstech became our IT Support Partner in April 2022. The transition from our previous provider was really easy as Matt and the team walked us through each step to ensure the transition went well.

Since that date we have been really impressed with the operational monitoring and threat management, the monthly bespoke performance reporting, the advice and support we have received as our company has grown, and the guidance and support we have received for things such as our Cyber Essentials application process.

Matt and I were discussing the setup of my emails and my business Microsoft licence, and it became apparent that he was the guy I needed support from to make sure it was all done properly. We had a very informative meeting where he put me in a clear picture of what I needed and what I didn’t. One thing I needed Matt to do was migrate my emails over to a new Microsoft Office Business Account, which he did without any disruption. On top of this Matt also provided me with windows update management, Microsoft 365 business licences on 2 computers, antivirus and threat management with dark web monitoring, disk encryption which is particularly important for the work I do for my clients – ensuring their data is protected by me and full Microsoft 365 backup. If that wasn’t enough Matt has also provided IT and security training. All of this with ongoing remote IT support was part of a package Matt put together for me, at a very reasonable cost. I was so impressed by the work Matt carried out in such a timely manner and just how helpful and informative he was throughout the whole process. I also had a computer that needed updating as it ran very slow, so Matt totally wiped and upgraded it, making it like a new machine. I am over the moon with how Matt has helped and supported my business and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. I feel very happy and safe knowing Matt is looking after me in the IT department.

As we all know when we start a new business there are hundred and one things to think about, and what we need to spend money on can feel overwhelming.
