I arranged for drainage of my septic tank as part of routine maintenance. The team were friendly and helpful to meet, and the procedure was undertaken two days later. My contractor was punctual, polite and efficient, and the drainage was undertaken quickly and without any problems. He also undertook a general inspection to look for any additional problems. This included an examination of the box-culvert upstream of the septic tank. The culvert was partially blocked and this was cleared by flushing at no additional cost. Furthermore, my contractor provided useful tips on preventive maintenance of the sewage system, and suggested when a repeat procedure would be advisable (3 years). I cannot praise the team too highly and would highly recommend them for the management of any sewage-related problems.

Lewis was amazing, we have had 12 years of our shower not draining properly, had 2 other drain clearer professionals and 2 plumbers out and used so many drain products over the years. Lewis went above and beyond to find what the problem was not stopping till he had worked out that our drain wasn’t connected and had been buried under rubble. Lewis came back the next day and completed the job very professionally. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We now have peace of mind knowing exactly what was wrong and have a fully working shower.

Had issues with bathroom sink, toilet and bath water coming back up pipes. Phoned Block-Aid late Thurs, guy here knocking at 8 sharp on Frid. Initially, couldn't find main drain but once detected plain sailing from then on - job done! Friendly guy, fabulous price. What's not to like. Thank you.

Great Service!

Have been trying for years to get someone to empty our tank. We live up a dirt track road and Scottish Water refused to empty our tank because of the road.
Derek was great and he kept us informed of everything, turning up when he said he would. Quick and efficient service!

Good job at cleaning out sewage pipes. The employee was covered from head to toe in raw sewage when sewage came back out when hosing blockage and at end of the job the employee couldn't care less he was covered in sh_t. I was amazed he was still happy as Larry! I highly recommend.
