This company was a fantastic find for our family. Mum had been pretty much housebound until we went to look for a wheelchair. She however had other ideas when she saw the range of mobility scooters. Darran could not have been more helpful. He was so patient and understanding with myself and Mum, making her feel completely at ease, even though she does not get out and socialise with people at the moment.
He did not hard sell anything, just went at our pace and was generally fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. We went away to mull things over, but Mum was the chuffed new owner of a mobility scooter and wheelchair the next week.
She has so enjoyed getting out under her own steam - with a chaperone to accompany her - it has genuinely put a smile back on her face, after what has been a really difficult time for her.

I highly recommend BLR Distributions Ltd for all your mobility needs. Darren was absolutely amazing from my very first phone call, right through to the loan and delivery of a rise and recline chair—less than 24 hours later!

He went above and beyond to make sure I had exactly what I needed to help my 93-year-old dad regain a bit more independence after his fall. Thanks to Darren, my dad can now get up from the chair unaided and will be much more comfortable when resting or sleeping.

Darren was incredibly friendly, understanding, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Darren was great, very patient with my queries. The delivery was as arranged and he was great with my brother.
Only negative is it was tricky to find.i didn't realise the idea was to ring to book a visit then you get the much needed directions as there is no signage.
To finish I can't recommend them enough!

Cannot thank Darren and the team at BLR enough for the loan of a rise and recline chair when we needed it in helping our beloved dad remain in his own home comfortably. We purchased a second hand transit wheelchair for a person who is registered blind. The member of staff who dealt with us was knowledgeable and courteous and took the time to show me how to get the wheelchair into my car. I would recommend BLR Distribution if you are looking for a mobility aid but don't want to pay too much it suited us very well.
