From beginning to the end, absolutely fantastic, the fitters Connor and James turned up on time, and worked so hard to fit my two systems on what was a very hot day, the work was carried out a very high standard and everything was explained to me as it was done. Once completed Connor and James tidied up after themselves. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work. Would thoroughly recommend this company and these to lads to anyone requiring air con being fitted.

Great work on a difficult removal of a sealed heating system and installation of the really nice Navien 54kw combi boiler. Jim and J were a pleasure to have working here. They fully respected our home, cleared up each evening and, before leaving had a thorough clean up, even offering to hoover and clean the bedroom where the boiler cupboard is located. As you can see from the photo, a very neat and professional job in all respects. Thanks Jim and J and Blue Flame who organised a very quick installation having heard that we had moved into a house which had been empty for many months, only to have the boiler breakdown on our first day in the house.

Beware of Blue Flame Energy – Unprofessional and Untrustworthy

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Blue Flame Energy and would not recommend their services. From the start, they portrayed themselves as a professional and reputable company, but my experience proved otherwise.

A representative named Brian visited my property for a boiler survey. However, instead of conducting a proper survey, he seemed more focused on sales. Despite confirming an installation date, the company outsourced the job to a third party. I was under the impression that Blue Flame Energy had its own team, but instead, an unprofessional group of young, seemingly inexperienced individuals arrived. Shockingly, they came without the actual boiler and left within 30 minutes, stating they had the wrong information and needed to conduct another survey.

When I contacted Brian for clarification, his attitude completely changed. I decided not to proceed with their services and requested a refund. This is where the real trouble began. I had to chase them daily, but my emails were ignored. My calls were blocked, and whenever I contacted their office, no one seemed to know what was going on.

After numerous failed attempts to get my money back, I had no choice but to send them a formal legal notice. Eventually, I was refunded, but the entire process was stressful and unnecessarily difficult.

I strongly advise against using Blue Flame Energy. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and misleading. Save yourself the trouble and choose a trustworthy company instead

Very disappointing experience. We had Brian come round to provide a quote for a new boiler, but from the start, he was abrupt and dismissive, not listening to our questions or concerns. It was clear he was only interested in making a sale, and when he found out we were getting quotes from other companies, his attitude became even worse.

After his visit, he continued calling and messaging, and when we informed him that we had chosen another company, he was once again rude. If this is the experience before even working with them, I’d strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.

They are unprofessional don’t go with this company. They done my house Air conditioning 20 July till now four time AC stopped working till that day to now I am here and there I paid them 1800 . I have three young kids and they get nose bleeding so quickly for heat weather. Me and kids save money to get a AC now they are so bad . They stop to pick my phone call and no reply for email ple don’t go to them I request every one they are horrible thanks

Blue Flame Energy came to my house to do a quote for a new boiler. Everything was explained in detail, including the cost and the procedure for installation. I had the new boiler fitted on April 12th and it could not have been more efficient. The two engineers, Dan and Luke were professional, polite and extremely hard working (and quite funny!). The boiler was installed in a day and they cleared everything up after them, taking all the soil and rubble away with them. Anything they were not sure about, they asked for my preference (for example on positioning of the outlet pipe etc) It was an excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Flame.

After our boiler was condemned. I contacted Blue flame and I must say the service has just got better and better, they came and gave me a quote with in a day. Richard was excellent in the way he explained everything and gave me a no pressure quote there and then which was then broken down in an email before he left the house

On accepting the offer and paying a 25% deposit the appointment was booked and they were starting work with in two days

Luke and Jack arrived to replace the boiler and tank while also updating us to a hive they have both been amazing and a really credit to this business.

I cannot recommend them enough
