Definitely, not recommended. Very bad communication and unprofessionalism throughout. I asked them to install the cooker and during the conversation they suggested to send someone out to have a look at the job first but then retracted from it.

They charge me for the whole day and then told me that it cannot be installed as I had to order the parts from the manufacturer (hence I wanted them to come and have a look at the situation so I do not waste my money).

Not only that after a couple of weeks wait when the parts arrived they came and installed the cooker they left the connection loose. The the extent that we can smell the gas inside the house everywhere and can smell the gas from outside the house.

We had no choice but to evacuate the house immediately and thank God that we did not ignite the cooker. After ringing blueglo they said an engineer will come round who was the same engineer who installed the cooker in the first place. As soon as he entered he said the gas leak is strong and is everywhere. After inspection he realised that he did not check the connection if it was fastened at the back of the cooker. He also said that, "that was very naughty of me".

After all that blueglo kept calling me for the payment in which they included the first day which supposed to be the quote and also when they came to fix their mistake.

The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, demanding and very abrupt. I have made the payment but I definitely would not recommend these people to anyone.

Even after making the making, to this day I am chasing the gas certificate and the final invoice which they have refused to respond to my emails.

I will have to take some legal action against them to at least get my gas certificate which I am entitled to.

Excellent company. They've dealt with issues for my mother, who is elderly and lives alone. The engineers who have come out have been extremely prompt, polite and helpful, and the backroom staff have taken real steps to help ensure that she's aware of the most cost-effective options for work. Highly recommended.

Honestly cannot speak highly enough of this company. They came out last minute a week before Christmas to rip and replace our boiler unit a couple of years back. I’ve used them ever since, rad fits, boiler servicing and general help. Last night I had issues with my smart thermostat and this morning they’ve sorted it. Absolute legends and special thanks to Ben!
