Decided to visit bluetti warehouse after ordering a ac180 at £650 but after 3 weeks waiting and trying to call the warehouse and head office with no joy
It was all locked up and under the name of power Oak il looked on company house for more information and the 2 directors are chinese with there address in China
Bluetti uk and bluetti power uk all come back to this warehouse which is under power Oak
So not sure if it's a scam or not as there website is so professional
My advise is Ring there customer service line first and make your own mind up ? As I feel like I've just list £650

I spent £3.5k on an AC500 with a B300s battery and 4 panel solar charger before travelling to Spain..long story short,the solar charger will charge 25% maybe 30% in a full day of sunshine,the auto off doesn't work and now after just 4months the B300 won't take charge..to top it all there's zero customer service,the Bluetti UK "head office " doesn't exist,the phone number is disconnected. Utter rubbish, really expensive rubbish!
