Went in for a few cleaning supplies and ended up spending £50! Very well stocked. Friendly staff. Free parking. Need a £1 coin or trolley token for the trolleys. I don't have kids, but there are so many kids things I wanted!

A huge thank you to Charlie in the garden centre, for helping me and another customer with compost , lovely polite young man , took the compost to the car for us both , as I can't lift, and the other customer was disabled, so we shared a flat bed , and. Charlie looked after us , thank you so much , you can keep my trolley token. Incase you need to help someone else in the future.. thank you soooo much ..

Well stocked - large store - plenty of parking - always a queue at the tills that the down side as probably only ever 1 or 2 tills open

This is the worse B&M I have ever been to. Whoever is a manger there should be sacked. It is disorganised and everything is everywhere. There is no proper organisation of the marchendise inside the shop. The only clear section is food and paint/ wallpaper. Pet toys and treats are in 5 diffrent parts of the store. Same for the kitchen accessories, storage boxes, cushions etc. Weed killer is placed with sweets and food. There is nor garden aisle everything is literally everywhere. The person who is managing this store should visit B&M in Lichfield I rather drive to Lichfield than come back to this one even if it is closer.

Good evening came into this store today had a significant bill at the end of the visit. Your till assistant did
Not even greet me or my daughter when we arrived at the checkout her face told the story. Ok we don’t want to work but respect does go along way. I did actually ask her if she could smile no response.
Very disappointed customer who spent over £100.00
Good job I don’t have to visit your store very often. Just a little customer greeting does not go amiss just infirm your check out girls. People on the shop floor very helpful and with courteous smiles. Good night
