Walked in store and was approached by 2 members of staff saying that I have been seen on cctv putting something in my pocket so I emptied my pockets and told them I had a unlit cigarette in my hand which I put in my pocket when entering the store. Which they accepted and I proceeded to pay for the goods I had. I feel that I was a victim of discrimination due to my appearance has I was in my work clothes also these assistents were not security or S. I. A trained or cctv operators they were shop assistants it was very embarrassing to say the least.

Store is good and well stocked. Most of the staff are fine but I've been served by 'lucy' numerous times and she can be incredibly rude. If there's another till available I'll go to that, even if it means queuing a bit longer. I understand we all have off days but as its happened multiple times perhaps she could do with a refresher in customer service skills.

Not understanding why they have to keep changing the flow, gardening-diy-furniture-bit more garden lighting whats the point. Guess its just Area Managers trying to justifying their salary.
Just stop tinkering. Still a good shop all said and done and will be back next week and it will have all changed again!

Shop staff 3/5 but the lady on the till pulled out back up to a 4. Customer service is king children and the checkout lady had it in spades. Learn from the more senior in years staff, you may learn a thing or 2.
Shop is well stocked with everything you need and everything you don't (easily tempted).

Not too busy. Customers still following the Co-vjd rules and the majority still wearing face masks/coverings. Great variety of goods on sale. Helpful staff when help needed to locate what I intended to buy and eventually did. Well done all !!

Not too bad although I wasn't too impressed with their Garden centre they didn't have a wide variety of products. I'd definitely not go again. On a positive note though the staff were especially warm and friendly.
