Paid deposit for a car, then price went up £4,000, was told that is the new price, stilling waiting 2 weeks later for my deposit refund. Not a great company to deal with. Very quick to deal with things when you are buying, don't want to know once you've gone.

Wow! What a service, what a company!

I recently enquired about a 2023 BMW M2 in Toronto red after seeing it online. Nigel was quick to send a full walk-around video showing the car in full along with all details. I was instantly impressed with how professional and competent Nigel and all of the staff were, I never had to chase a call back, nag for documents or be made to feel any less important than someone who was buying a brand new vehicle.

I made it clear that I'd be driving from Swansea to collect the vehicle and since it would be a 14hr round trip, I wanted a super smooth collection with no stumbles or delays. Everything on the day was absolutely spot on, no waiting around, I was seen to straight away, given coffee and refreshments as well as a very welcoming hand shake.

I would give this branch a zero-star if I could. I strongly advise you to stay away from this branch. Their workshop lacks any experience whatsoever. They did not even properly check the tire pressure. after I spent over a thousand pounds on the vehicle , but they actually made the problem worse and caused additional issues with the vehicle.
