Great service from Tony, Dean, Jack and Luke. Work was carried out over three days to replace boiler. Really pleased with the work and the team were very friendly with everything always being left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Thank you to Rachael too who kept us fully updated and informed in relation to our booking and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

I had a new fire fitted with Boiler Care, Jack the Engineer was great, very polite, he turned up on time, explained everything he was doing throughout the installation, He cleaned up all the mess, never left any mess inside or out, took away the old fire, explained the remote control function of the fire, took me through the manual, a really excellent service, I also had Boiler care fix and service our Boiler, I had the same experience then, I wouldn't use anyone else, 100% recommended,

One of the coldest days of the year and my 80 year old dads boiler packed up, his usual company wouldn't come out for a week. Talked with Boiler care who I use and they came out the same day. The boiler needed a small part which they had and it was up and running with no fuss and at a reasonable price.

Your worst nightmare is when your heating malfunctions the weekend before Christmas! I left a message on Sunday evening, rang Monday morning to find that Rachel had already arranged a visit, then Jack and Dean arrived, identified the problem (sustained by coffee and mince pies!) informed Rachel who rang me with a quote and rang again later to say they would do the job tomorrow, Christmas Eve! The dynamic duo arrived, got to work (more coffee and mince pies!) And the heating was back on by 10.30am! I've been a customer for many years and would advise anyone to avoid the big boys and stick with the locals!! Happy new year all, especially Dean, Jack and Rachel!!

Please be careful using this company, we have had a horrible experience, engineer arrived, wanted to dismantle cupboards which would destroy them, which wasn't mentioned when quoted. Was aggressive in manner, made us feel extremely vulnerable and when I tried to get away into a different room followed me. Company not really helpful when complained. Extremely distressed. Got another company to do work with no problems

Great job removing our old back boiler and installing a new gas boiler. Dean and Jack were really helpful and did such a good, clean and tidy job, even bought their own coffee! Excellent service, would highly recommend.
