We have recently had a new boiler fitted. A representative visited us at home to discuss our needs. She assured us that the boiler installation would definitely be able to be fitted in the same week as at this point we had no working boiler therefore no heating or hot water. This promise was a big factor in choosing the company to fit the boiler. Having placed the order and paying half the cost I asked on what day the boiler would be fitted and was told to expect a phone call. When we got the call the fitting date was in the following week even though we had been told we were a priority. My husband rang to say that we were not happy with this and the order would have to be cancelled, as a result of this we were told it could be fitted that week. There followed a flurry of e mails as the person who put in our order wrongly informed the office that we had chosen one boiler when in fact we had chosen another. At this point we were seriously considering whether we had made a big mistake. The fitter arrived on time and worked tirelessly. The work was completed with the minimum of disruption to us and he cleaned up perfectly. We had never heard of the boiler make ( Erick 31) and had some concerns about this but I have to say our home has never been warmer and the hot water is very hot and the boiler is very quiet. It has only been just over a week since fitting but we are very happy and would be happy to recommend.

Contacted Boiler Plan. Got a very efficient and fast reply. Had John Bradbury quote me on what boiler I was after. Was a very quick and easy process as it was all explained very well. Then had Josh Miller come to install our new boiler he explained everything that he was going to be doing, which put us at ease he showed us how to use the thermostat, and gave us a little more information on the boiler. Great service, friendly contractors would reccomend them both. Easy to get along with and talk to if you have any questions or queries, they are your guys !

Excellent service from the start. The Engineers ('H' & 'J') did a fantastic job, were very professional and left the kitchen clean and tidy. A teething problem was corrected straight away. Overall a happy customer and would highly recommend this company

From the initial enquiry through to installation this was a pain free experience with 5* service. They didn't even try to sell me the most expensive boiler, advised the mid-range which I was happy to accept.
The fitter was thorough and efficient, cleaning up after he had finished and also repaired a hole where brickwork had dropped off while feeding pipe through the wall. Would recommend Boiler Plan UK to anyone thinking of replacing their boiler.

Arrived on time, did a great job replacing old boiler with new, checked and rechecked all radiators and pipework, ensured system was working properly, ensured we had heat and hot water, and cleared up thoroughly before leaving. Good level of customer service and friendliness too. Couldn't have asked for more. would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

At first this company give me a fair quote £2291. Sent them photos like they said. Then I get a phone call saying they need scaffolding And the price of that scaffolding was going to be £700 to install the flue. I live in a normal two story house. Then they added more money on for extra work grand total of with interest £4053. Now I have gone with a different company for literally half the price for the exact same boiler how do you work that one out? Apparently this company is well known for adding extras on at the end and I wonder how many people fall for it?

Having had numerous bad experiences with a lot of well known nationwide boiler companies I decided to try somewhere smaller and more local which I hoped would give me a better customer experience - they certainly did!! From the very first phone call right up until when my boiler was installed and working the customer experience was second to none. Having little knowledge of boilers the team talked me through everything and made sure I understood all the finer detail. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

This company is clearly incompetent at planning in an installation. I have been waiting over a month for a boiler to be installed and each time I get a date it is cancelled either on the day (day of work booked off) or the night before. Don't take on Eon's contract jobs unless you can actually help. Would avoid both Eon and Boiler Plan as I feel I have been pushed to the back off the queue every time.
