I like to buy locally and support local businesses but I am afraid I cannot recommend Bonus. I like to give positive reviews, but my experience was far from it.
I went to buy my Mum a TV, she had moved into a care home in Willerby, we wanted a TV and a wall bracket.
We wanted to purchase on the spot, and went in on a Saturday afternoon, few customers in there at all, lots of staff. We chose an ex display TV. They recommended the correct wall mount.
We got back to Mums home and they had not included the power lead for the TV. My partner had to drive back to get the power lead. They stated it was in the box. When he said it wasn't, they checked the showroom and said 'Oh no here it is, they always do that'. No apology. Later in the week I asked the handyman to attache the wall bracket that had been recommended. You guessed it, the TV didn't fit the bracket. The box had been opened and there was an attachment missing rendering it useless. I had to take it back. They said the bracket should fit as it is universal, I said I didn't know, but it had been purchased with the TV under their advice. What then materialised was a 'widget' (that made the bracket fit) from a drawer behind the tills (which had obviously been taken out at some point). That took me another half an hour. Terrible service I'm afraid, I feel badly let down and I would have to be pushed to buy from them again, and I would certainly not take their advice. Buyer beware.

Thought I'd buy local so I purchased a Breville kettle from the Willerby store. Wish I done my homework first, finished up paying £18 more than on line retailers with free delivery. Oh well some ya win some ya loose.Wont be shopping there again.

This is the Head Office adress. But the Willerby superstore has so much Lighting to choose from. Staff are always helpful. If they dont have what you need they can order in. Which is never a bother. With free local delivery and an always jolly delivery team.

Ordered a product for delivery, got a different similar product that wasn't right for the job, no communication to inform me they didn't have the item I ordered in stock. When I emailed them to complain I was told if I don't like it send it back. Very poor customer service. Avoid.
